They accommodated the design tweak I wanted, were responsive to all of my questions and requests, completed the manufacturing process ahead of schedule and the installation was seamless and efficient. I recently moved into a townhome and felt that the front entry steps may be challenging for either me or others. I received two bids, one was given online, the other was from O'Brien after an in-person visit. We discussed the design and location, plus I decided to add a short railing to the rear entry in the garage. The personal touch made all the difference because I felt assured that the designs and locations were well understood. O'Brien waited for the perfect weather to make the installation. I am highly satisfied with their craftmanship and communications.
O'Brien's recently installed my custom railing and it has already come in handy with the recent icey sidewalks. The owner was super nice and helpful in selecting a railing that went with the style of my home. The installers did a great job! I am super happy with the service, timing and would definatly recommend them!
O'Brien Ornamental Iron created a railing for a flight of stairs for my 100 year old home; it matched perfectly, design and color, with an existing stair railing and looks wonderful. Communication was easy, there was no delay in the original instal date, installation (by them) was seamless. If I have any other work needed I will definitely use the company again.
