Fullerton Deck

Do NOT park in this lot! The ramp going from the second floor to the first is so narrow, you can't turn onto it without scraping your car! I could see paint scraped on the wall from previous cars and now I know why. I have a wide SUV and could not make the tight turn onto the ramp without scraping AND denting my back door. When I called to complain, they said there was nothing they could do about it. Poorly designed garage. No accountability. Please do not park here.

Poor signage, which has been highlighted in other user reviews and continues to lead to confusion. Extremely tight turns to go up and down each level of the garage, where anything larger than a small car could require multiple turns to squeeze through without hitting the walls (which based on the marks, some people already have). EV chargers rarely work / are broken. Be prepared to get a parking ticket even if you pay properly. The only reason for 1 star is the location, otherwise it deserves 0 stars. Montclair, do better.

Convenient lot near the heart of montclair main street with all the restaurants but kinda where the positives end. Signage is poor, also just stumbled onto this lot by accident. The ramps are very steep and tight. NO ELEVATOR so be ready to climb up and down stairs. Make sure to pay by app (park mobile). Just a very weird and outdated layout. But it is convenient so take that for what it's worth.

Hidden away, but that is a good thing. Parking limited to 3 hours, but cheap compared to other options in Montclair.

Easy to park, conveniently located, and inexpensive. I've parked here many times to attend events at the Wellmont. I like it even better with the app to pay.
