We just completed a full rebuild of our rear deck with Fulton Decks. It included the Trex deck above and the ceiling of the terrace level below. Very professional from start to finish. Their management team, Sergey and Vadim were great to work with and very customer centric. Their installation team were experts and produced beautiful results with tremendous attention to detail and clear pride in the work. I hired Fulton Decks to reimagine my deck and outdoor living spaces and couldn't be happier with the results. The end to end experience was flawless. It started with Sergey coming up for the free estimate, showing me all the materials and discussing all the options. We iterated a few times until I was comfortable with the project, and I pulled the trigger. From that point on, Vadim was working with me, and can't say enough about his work. Always here, always in contact, and paying attention to all the details, making sure the deliverable was according to my expectation. Honestly, I don't think the overall experience could get any better. I am uploading some pictures of the before and after.

Fulton Decks did an excellent job replacing our old deck. During the initial visit they were one of the more knowledgeable contractors we spoke with and knew the most about the different products and options. They had plenty of samples and recommend / use good materials. They provide a thorough itemized quote with different options and pricing for each. While they were one of the more expensive options we went with them because we had a lot more confidence up front and the materials being used. Once work began the crews work consistently hard. Our project started after a friends, was more substantial, and finished sooner because the crew puts in so many hours a week once they start. Fulton Decks was one of the best companies I have dealt with. 1. When we ask for information regarding updating our wooden deck with modern material they responded timely. 2. They made an appointment timely and showed us materials and gave us suggestions on what we could do. 3. Once we decided to go forward with replacement, we were provided with a detailed contract. We were also encouraged to check with other companies. 4. When contract was signed, we were given a time line of getting material and job completion. 5. They exceeded our expectations. Watching the construction on our deck it seems that anything done was done right. I think our crew measured 3 times before they made a cut.
