So my freezer on my refrigerator was starting to go bad. Would not keep tempts at all. I had somebody out and they said that it needed to be charged or compressor needs to be replaced. So I called funk suppliance, and I'm telling you, this guy came right out the same day, I called him, I didn't want to lose my groceries. He pumped it full of freon. Spichers recommended Funks Appliance Repair to install our new dishwasher. Christopher was able to have it installed quickly even being flexible with our busy schedule! Fast forward 3 months, after daily use, there was an issue with the mounting screws. Even though, it’s the fault of a low grade countertop, Christopher came out and made adjustments to our installation so the dishwasher is mounted better. I highly recommend Funks Appliance Repair where they stand by their work (which we all know is hard to find these days) and provide outstanding service when it comes to working around busy schedules!

I only called and spoke to Christopher on the phone about the issue my washer was having. He gave me the cost of a service fee and estimated over the phone based on his experience. However, he then took the time to answer my questions on other washer and dryer options and his experience with top loader vs front load and stackable, etc. He was kind, patient and knowledgeable.
