FUSE Service Appliance Repair

I had a problem with my refrigerator on a Friday. I have a home warranty, but it would have taken the contractor 48 hours to contact me just to schedule an appointment. So, I called Fuse Service Appliance Repair at 9:30 pm on a Friday night. I spoke with David, and he scheduled my appointment the next day (Saturday). The person who serviced me was Nick. Nick is very knowledgeable, and he has a very professional demeanor. Thankfully, Nick figured out the problem quickly because all my food would have spoiled. This was my first time using Fuse Service Appliance Repair and I would highly recommend them because my experience was nothing but pleasant.

Alex was incredible. I know nothing about appliances and he was gracious and kind and explained every issue to me from top to bottom. He was a superb representative of your company and I hope to work with him if we ever have problems in the future.

Mike S. was great! He diagnosed the issue with our dishwasher and ordered the part for us right away, and was back the very next week to install it. He kept open communication the entire time so we knew where we were with ETAs and when he could do the install, showed us the issue, and made sure we were happy before he left. Just a great experience, and I mean to ask for him personally the next time we have appliance issues. 10/10 service.

My built in microwave had a burnt electrical smell coming from it when in use, so I called Fuse at 9:40pm (yes, they were still accepting calls!), and was able to get a next day appt. They texted before arriving and arrived within the appointment window. Eltan was professional, respectful and efficient. He identified the problem, provided a quote, made the repair and reinstalled the microwave. Would highly recommend!

Highly recommended. Great communication before scheduled time. Technician was exactly on time, courteous, professional, knowledgeable. He diagnosed the problem within minutes, had the part with him, and the repair was complete in about 45 minutes. Easy checkout with card. This is how it should be.
