Renewal by Andersen of the Capital Region

Renewal by Anderson was tasked with replacement of our old jolosy windows. Our home is nearly 100 years old and is made of quarry stone. The porch pillars are contoured in a way that made the job of replacing the entry doors very difficult. From start to finish we have been nothing but impressed with the RbA team. Our saleswoman Anna is a wonderful person and did an amazing demonstration for us of the product. We replaced 4 patio door sized windows along with the front entry double doors. The project manager, Patrick, came out to survey our site and measure everything. All measurements were to perfection. The entire Renewal team, including Anna, Patrick and the install team were prompt and professional. They called ahead as promised when appointments were scheduled and were always on time.

The service from Renewal by Andersen, from scheduling coordination to the work by Roman and his team, all was superior. Their prep of the area (protecting rest of house from dust etc) and the installation was of superior workmanship. Professional, courteous and efficient. Could not be happier.

JAN 26 Phase 2: Five (5) stars sustained via additional Bart & Les action with an updated front door! Love the new window element and color choice we made. The construction and finish are phenomenal…matched by the quality installation. As noted, second investment via Andersen D&W. Pleased with these value added home improvements. DEC 25 Phase 1: Bart and Les action! Took care of business in framing in a new french door with adjacent window with a lower doggie door! I asked the realm of the possible and Team Andersen delivered. A solid 7 hours of work…pix provided. Highly recommend based on the finished product. Boom!

Phil was my technician, and he did a great job adjusting my French Doors that go out to the deck. Arrived in a timely manner, and knew exactly what the adjustment needed was. The French Doors were purchased in 2022, and this is the second time I’ve had them adjusted. Both times were very easy to schedule and both times the issue was taken care of quickly. I would recommend Renewal by Anderson.
