Grosvenor-Strathmore Parking

The Tap and Go feature isn't working in the parking garage. It's annoying that I put money on my MetroCard on my phone, but I can't even use it to pay for parking. I have to use another way to pay.

Getting out of the garage is a nightmare! There is no help or guidance. It was a complete standstill until two gentlemen took it upon themselves to direct the flow. Even with that it took 30 minutes to get out. Nightmare!

Very easy to access parking that is right next to Grosvenor-Strathmore Red line station. Parking was $5.20 for the day. Plenty of spots during peak Spring Break week.

Very easy to get to, into, and out of. No public restrooms to be seen however, so be careful of that if you’re traveling with little ones. Very clean facility and helpful staff.

Unfortunately, I cannot give less than one star. Literally took us more than 25 minutes to get out of that trap! The worst planning I’ve ever experienced and that’s the nicest that I can say about this place.
