Excellent experience with Fusion Flood & Fire. William and Josh did the remediation, repairs/heavy demo, and containment work and were outstanding. They were extremely kind, worked very hard, and handled everything efficiently while being very respectful of our home. You can tell they truly take pride in their work. Our project manager Jeff is also fantastic. Very responsive, knowledgeable, and always has our back throughout the process, making everything much less stressful. Highly recommend Fusion Flood and Fire and their amazing team for anyone needing restoration services.

After a water leak from my upstairs bathroom, Fusion Fire and Flood sent Carlos out to assess the damage. From the start, he was extremely knowledgeable and walked me through every step of the process. He took the time to answer all of my questions and concerns, which immediately gave me peace of mind during a very stressful situation. The very next day, William, Adrian, and Cristian arrived to get the work started. Once the project began, it turned out to be a bit bigger than expected, but they quickly brought in extra help with Santiago and Alfonso. That was a huge plus since I work from home and didn’t want the process dragging on. The whole crew worked fast, kept everything clean, and went the extra mile to protect the rest of my belongings. Unfortunately we had some water damage in our bathroom but thanks to fusion for responding quick to help us out. Josh, Hugo and William were absolutely fantastic! Great service and well communicative from start to finish. Plumber came out to fix the issue once fusion was done with the demolition. 10/10 service hand down.

When tragedy hit- a busted pipe flooded our house, we felt like our house and our safe place had been destroyed. The water came in and went down into the walls.
