Out of desperation of dealingg with a local plumbing supply company. With no results. I called FW Webb after a google search. Although they did not have what I needed in stock everyone on the phone especially Maryanne In the show room were extremely helpful. Maryanne took the time to research what I needed and guided me even knowing that I would not be making a purchase from her. That is simply outstanding. I will remember this the next time I have a home project. Maryanne has earned my complete respect and gratitude.

Great place to buy retail repair parts for HVAC units. So many others either will only sell wholesale/to contractors or don't have items in stock. Usually nothing I can't get on Amazon, but I'd rather buy local!

This plumbing supply company is outstanding. The retail area has such neatly organized aisles/shelves with EVERYTHING one needs including specialty items not typically found at smaller suppliers. The employee staff is very accommodating and go above and beyond to help. Email communication is probably the best I've ever had. When they say they'll get back to you - they do! Being out of town - this was a great experience, especially to work with Josh who helped out with a warranty claim. He is a great asset to the company. I will return their with my business whenever possible.

Furnace broke Friday night, the inducer motor needed to be replaced. So on a Saturday morning I called maybe 12 companies that were lucky enough to be open on a Saturday and my brand was not in stock same day anywhere. Ish answered the phone and said let me look around. A little while later he called me back because he found my item in the Albany branch in stock today so I drove to get it. On a busy, busy, cold Saturday morning, Ish was very, very helpful and I was able to have heat the same day. Thank you!
