G and H Septic Tanks

In June 2022 we had our septic installed by G&H. We had a few issues but Scottie resolved them. In March 2023 we smelled raw sewage and Scottie said he would come take a look. After multiple calls, texts, and emails promising to come see what was wrong, I was told today that they no longer service Cataula and that the 1-year guarantee in service for issues is not valid. He came recommended from a friend but I would never recommend them because once he is done, he will never honor any fault of his and will promise to come inspect to see if it is their issue, but actually will never follow through. Be weary of their promises and agreements. I feel bad for the wife who has to answer all of these issues. She has always responded but ultimately it is the installer Scottie (her husband) who dec

God bless these people. Crandall is absolutely awesome. Underpromised and over delivered! We had a mess when a contractor cut a septic line. These guys made it right!

Great business! Came out early this morning on New Years day to pump our tank since it was backing up into our house. Ensured everything was working properly before he left and gave us preventive maintenance tips. Charged us exactly what they quoted which was a lot cheaper than the other companies quoted. No games or scams just honest business!

Matt and Crandall came out to look at an issue with my septic system. They quickly discovered the issue with tree roots in the drain-field distribution box and made the repair. These guys were very professional and ensured the system was working as expected before leaving. They also educated me on my system and when service maintenance should be performed. I will be using G and H septic again for future needs!
