I believe this business needs over a thousand stars. My husband and I have come here over the years for all our key needs, whether lost or damaged, they had what we needed. They are very knowledgeable and friendly. The cost is very fair and reasonable . They sell house locks and make copies for keys as well. Im very thankful for this business and recommend them to everyone!

I recently contacted a company to help me unlock my farmhouse, as I had left the key at another house in Houston. Having just moved to the area, I was unfamiliar with the local roads and couldn't provide detailed directions. Despite offering to pay the quoted amount in advance and even suggesting to meet in person to prove my sincerity, the representative quickly accused me of trying to scam them. The situation escalated when they became very rude and eventually blocked my number. I then had to call another service in Lufkin, which meant waiting an additional hour. My experience with this company was extremely unpleasant, and I would advise others to avoid them. Update: Billy Lee's Locksmith Service Inc, despite being an hour away, is willing to come to me and charge $160. In contrast, G&

I took my grandsons mustang in to have two keys cut and programed. They were very busy but did get me in and out with no issues. I have other things that I need done and will 100% do business with them again. Great people.

If you want to be threatened and intimidated just for realizing you can’t afford something, this is the company for you! They pulled up to my property, and before they even touched anything!! I immediately told them “I’m very sorry but I wouldn’t be able to afford the service” after realizing I didn’t have the cash on me. Instead of handling it like normal adults, the worker immediately got angry, falsely accused me of “theft of services” (even though no service was done) 😭😂 and then sarcastically and threateningly said, “good luck trying to open your car door!.” Apparently, just existing near them is considered theft. If this is how they treat someone who simply had a change in financial situation, I can only imagine how they treat paying customers. Avoid this company unless you enjoy bei
