Craig & Ted were very nice and answered all my questions. They cleaned the inside of my washer and dryer and did a dryer vent cleaning to the outside as well. They had a hard time finding my dryer vent exhaust outside. Ended up finding out that a Cox Communications box was covering up my dryer vent exhaust, which clogged up my dryer vent. Maybe that is part of the reason that my wifi has not been working very well with all the humidity from the dryer going into the box. Glad we found that out. And they moved the Cox box to the left of the vent. They did an excellent job and I would definitely recommend GH Appliance Repair to anyone looking for an appliance repair company.

Trey arrived as scheduled. His personable and professional demeanor put me at ease immediately. He went right to work and completed the repair in a timely manner. Could not be happier with the service and support received. GH Appliance Repair was able to get me scheduled with minimal wait time, communication was frequent, and the technician (Gil) arrived on time, was polite, and attended to the issue. Despite the age of the appliance, they were able to determine the cause and arrange for repair as opposed to outright replacement. The parts needed to complete the repair are ordered, and Gil has already committed to being the technician who will return to complete that work. That in and of itself is greatly appreciated.
