G & H Redi-Mix Neosho Plant

This company is very unprofessional. We ordered blocks In May of this year. The order was called into a Justin who took the order and was bad about responding with any updates. Finally in October we got ahold of Justin and asked if they were ready. We told him that we had tried to get and update and he said that no one picked up when he called. "NOT TRUE" We answer all phone calls. He then stated he would deliver but didn't know if he could do it all in one day. Once they arrived with the 1st load the driver said those were standard blocks and wasn't sure why it took so long. It was asked where the top caps were that were ordered with the blocks and again "Justin" told the person who ordered it and spoke directly to Justin that it was never ordered. I called for the main office phone # twice and got hung up on twice - very rude guy named Jeff answering the phone!!!! Time to find a new job!
