Just got a outdoor granite counter top done, I could not be happier! A pleasure to deal with from the 1st phone call. Great Price, Great customer service, great work!! Overall a great experience using them. Highly Recommend!

Needed to unload a small marble tabletop that had great sentimental value - wanting it to be put to good use had me google marble supplier near me - GT Marble was the closest at just a little over a mile away. Walking in to the showroom at the front of the store i was greeted by Giuseppe (the owner) who asked how can I help you today - after giving him the scoop we walked out to the car where I had the piece in the backseat - once he gave it a quick lookover I instinctively pulled the piece out and headed into the store knowing it would be in expert hands that would put it to good use. After setting the piece down Giuseppe offered me an espresso and as he prepared it asked me why I was getting rid of the marbel top - in telling him my sappy story I felt a caring energy come over me as

Repeatedly poor communications regarding scheduling and did not inform us of our need to have some work completed before they could proceed (delaying installation). We also were not informed until payment time that there would be a 3% surcharge for using a credit card. Goodbye our points! That said, the counter tops look great.

We hired Thiego for tile work in our master bathroom. The timeline was a little bit longer than expected, but nothing out of the ordinary. The issues we had were: 1) they left our bathroom a mess, and didn't clean up the floors; so we spent a week scrubbing and using industrial cleaner to remove the gunk they left behind, 2) there were several issues in the shower and on the floor that have not been resolved, at this time. We would not use Thiego again.
