Excellent job by a great local business. Nicole in the office was very sweet and answered all of my questions if she didn't know she would find out and call me back.The owner Lonnie is a great guy and very knowledgeable about a/c systems. I've been dealing with Galassi services since I moved out to Groveland Fl in 1996 and have always gotten great service. They have installed 2 a/c systems for me here and in Orlando. Definitely would recommend them to a friend.

My husband called Galassi Services because our air conditioner was not working. They said they would send someone out to take a look. They did not mention during this phone call a service fee. The guy came and told us what was wrong and gave a verbal estimate of what he thought the repair may cost, but he couldn't give an exact price for the part till Monday. As he was leaving, my husband asked "What do I owe you?", he said "Nothing". My husband received a call from their office stating the exact price of the part and service. It was pricey, so we called someone else out for a second opinion and their estimate was half the price. So, we decided to go with the second company. AC froze up today.. Called Galassi they came out not long after I called. Lonnie is the best he always answers my questions and no matter the time/weather he gets the work done. Thank you again Galassi. We do appreciate it.

I needed A/C repair service ASAP. And Mr. Galassi himself was available to service my unit. It was as a angel, walked through my door. He had things fixed in minutes... I really appreciate this company...and Mr. Galassi himself. Five Stars! 😁

Biggest rip off I can find. I have a brand new system that was installed 10 months ago now does not blow cold air. Called this company since they were the ones that installed this system. 90 dollars per hour to come out and 80 dollar service call fee. Could not find a leak but was told by pressure alone that the system was 4 lbs low on a 7 lbs system. They charge 75 dollars a pound of Freon and was also told that the warranty does not cover Freon but covers only parts and service but we have to pay for labor at 90 dollars a hour. But yet could not find a leak but if there was one that they would fix it not covered under warranty even though this would be considered a buy back since this leak was not a component in the system and even if it was Freon was not covered. Now if I chose to go th
