Alert : Be cautious when dealing with Rameshwar Joshi (also known as Jimmy), who operates this car parking and also rental-related businesses in Journal Square, Jersey City. Sharing based on my personal experience, advance money was taken for room rental of 17 Liberty Ave, Jersey City, but on the actual move-in day, the deal was backed out without notice. Calls were ignored, and the place was later said to be rented to someone else on a higher rent. As there was no written contract (only text message confirmations & communications), and all transactions were done in cash. Requests for documentation were avoided despite repeated requests, with excuses given around extra cost and taxes. All dealings were cash-based, which left me with no protection. This place is a scam running in broad daylight. The lot was empty when we parked our car, the attendant didn't ask for our car key. I parked in the front and behind me there was an empty spot which I blocked by mistake. I had another friend and my family in the car who also saw and confirmed that spot was empty. I came back 30 minutes later to get something from the car. The attendant said there was a car behind mine, and that particular car owner was furious because their car was blocked. They somehow managed to remove his car without touching my car, while I was away. The attendant did not charge parking for that car and asked me to pay $35 penalty to recoup the other car's parking expense. Had absolute the worst experience at this chaotic parking spot on Sunday. The owner was in a hurry to get cars out of the garage and created a mess of a situation. Never again.

Charged me $25 for 9 am to 9 pm. Morning when I parked , no one is the on the spot to give a receipt .said to park and go , can pay while leaving . Check for the parking fee before entering
