Jerson from Garage Door and More called ahead of time and even asked if he could come earlier, which I really appreciated. From the moment he arrived, he was professional, kind, and extremely knowledgeable. He took the time to explain everything to me in a way that was simple and easy to understand, which meant a lot because garage door repairs can feel overwhelming. He replaced the main garage spring, the wheel bearings, and the cables, and he completed the entire job in about 30 minutes. The work was done efficiently and with great attention to detail. You can tell he knows exactly what he’s doing.

He was friendly, dressed presentable and not looking like he just rolled out of bed. Throughout his time at my home he kept me informed and he went above and behind to make sure all aspects of my garage doors were performing at its optimal capabilities.
