Con Artists. This company runs scams. I have it all on video. Guy came out, disconnected wires, and then told me the whole system needed to be replaced. All I needed was the rail bar reattached to the wall; there was nothing wrong with the unit itself. How many others have they preyed upon? The person who answers their phone is out of state. This is a shady company with dishonest employees. Report made to the BBB.
