We had such a great experience from start to finish with this garage door company. Communication was clear and consistent every step of the way, and everyone we interacted with was friendly, professional, and incredibly responsive. We live pretty far out, and they came all the way to us without a single complaint, which we really appreciated. They removed our old door, installed the new one, and everything was handled smoothly and efficiently. The door and all the parts are beautiful, well-made, and exactly what we hoped for. Ron even came back out to make sure everything was running perfectly and took the time to answer all of our questions—so friendly and helpful. We’re extremely happy with the entire process and couldn’t recommend them more!

Garage door cable came off the drum one evening causing the door to go all crooked and start bending the tracks. I reached out to Garage Doors, Inc. at 8am the next morning and had two guys there fixing it by 10am! They took their time, carefully fixed the issue, then did a calibration to ensure the the door opened and closed like new. We have kids around and know the potential danger of broken garage doors, so it was a huge load off our minds to have it taken care of so quickly and professionally.

From the person who answers their phone to the sales and manufacturing folk, to the installers and the after sales and installation personnel, nothing but first rate. This is my second garage door purchased from GDI because nobody comes close to the quality of their product and customer care. Garage Doors Inc. partnered with me to design, manufacture, and install a custom carriage-style door that complements the architectural style of our home. Following installation there were two minor issues, both of which were fully and promptly resolved by Ron. The function and style of the end product was even better than I imagined at the outset. On top of that, they installed a brand new garage door. Jamie M., the installer, was professional, knowledgeable, and did a fantastic job. He also installed a new keyless garage door opener. He made sure everything worked perfectly and that I knew how to use it. Best of all, the price was excellent…much more reasonable than a previous quote I received, which was nearly triple the cost.
