When we moved into our house the subflooring in one room was making all kinds of noise. Turns out the original builders missed the floor joices entirely. David came out and worked hard for two days ripping up the subfloor and replacing it new. He made sure I was 💯 satisfied with the job before he left. One board started creaking loud a day later and his partner came out and took care of it very quickly with no quarrels after I had called. If you need any subfloor jobs done this is your guy. Price was very fair and work was done right.

Mr Garcia was great and prompt to respond and was flexible to come out on Sunday to look for and seal nail leak from the storm recently. Job well done and very polite and respectful! Highly recommended!
