I am extremely pleased with the service I received here. Zac was very helpful finding me a hot tub that met my needs and Phylis entertained my son and kept him busy while Zac helped me. As for the spa itself, I went with the hot spring relay model and it’s amazing! I’ve soaked in it a few times now and it just simply melts away the stress of the day. If your in the market for a hot tub you should definitely go here.

This is our second spa we purchased from them. (We sold our first with our home previous home.) We are delighted with the service of the dealer and the quality of the spa itself. Delivery was fast and efficient. We had a minor issue with installation by our electrician. It was resolved by their technician within an hour of our call. We will continue to support this dealer. IMO, Hot Springs Spas are the best quality in the marketplace. You cannot go wrong buying one. We love ours. Thanks to Zack and his team.

Extremely unhappy with the service provided by Garden Spas & Pool. They were paid to repair our hot tub, and we were told it had a warranty. About three months later, the system stopped working again due to the same issue. We called them, expecting them to stand by their word and come back to correct the issue. During that phone call, they said that, if the manufacturer would send a replacement part, we would only have to pay for their time, but if not, we would have to pay for both. We were flabbergasted. We bought the part directly from Garden Spas & Pool (who likely made a profit on the part itself when they sold it to us) and we paid them for their time and services the first time. I recommend you look elsewhere for your spa needs. They do not stand behind their installations, they don’t seem to be the experts expected and their customer service is some of the worst witnessed. My tub started leaking within months of installation. After weeks of “the professionals” looking for the leak, which included chipping away much of the insulation around each side of the tub, they found hairline cracks on interior of the tub. Neither the local company nor the manufacturer would stand by their installation or product. They never fixed the insulation either. After months of going without the tub I fixed it with about $.50 worth of clear caulk. I decided to step foot in their store recently for a replacement part and my experience once again highlighted their poor customer servic

First time visiting. Purchased a spa from someone who purchased here so wanted to check them out. Super helpful and knowledgeable. The remembered the former owner and helped transfer all the information to my account. Top quality customer service. Good selection or spas, Big Green Egg BBQ and accessories. Worth a visit.
