Two weeks ago my socks got wet after walking down the hallway. I figured I had a leak somewhere in the plumbing so I checked the bathrooms and bedrooms. No luck. I went out to the water meter and shut off the main water valve to the house. At this point I figured I had the worse case scenario… a leak under the slab. I did some research on plumbing companies in the Memphis area and finally settled on Magnolia Plumbing. Sometimes you’re lucky and others, you are very lucky. Magnolia Plumbing is without a doubt, one of the most professional companies I have ever contracted. From beginning to end they made what I thought was a worst case scenario very manageable. He took the time to explain what needed to be done, completed the job thoroughly, and made sure everything was working perfectly before leaving. Good experience. Needed some plumbing work and Magnolia sent a person out quickly to make an estimate. He arrived on time even with the icy streets. Scheduled a time, then Chad & Cameron came out as planned and got the work done. No problems. Would recommend.

Tyler was outstanding! Had a kitchen faucet installed. Very courteous...explained everything to us about the installation. Cleaned up everything after the installation. This is a touch sensor faucet so he walked us through how to use it. Would highly recommend him again!! We've had two technicians from Magnoila over the past two weeks and both have been outstanding!

From start to finish, this was an excellent experience. From Kimberly in customer service to John in the field, the entire team was professional, responsive, and easy to work with. John came out promptly, took the time to clearly identify and explain the issue, and quickly found and fixed a leak that could have turned into a much bigger problem. What really stood out was how he stood behind his work. When an unexpected issue came up, it was addressed promptly and professionally, with everything handled the right way. It’s rare these days to find a company that combines great communication, technical skill, and true integrity, but that’s exactly what we experienced. If you’re looking for a plumber who shows up, communicates clearly, and genuinely stands by their work, I wouldn’t hesitate
