Gardner White Furniture & Mattress Store

I just spent a 1/2 an hour writing the best review ever for Gardner White and now I'm rewriting it only because they deserve it!! I've never been in the store. I usually buy from online high end shops. My husband said he didn't want to buy a couch that he cannot sit in so I researched their website and selected the store at the had items that we were interested in. That deature is very helpful. Knowing that you could actually sit in the ones that we were interested in. They had a great selection and unbelievable prices. We ended up purchasing a reclining love seat for our family room and a new sectional for our living room, which is on order. It will be here in six months. Excellent service from start to finish! I went in to purchase a recliner and was greeted and helped right away. I really appreciated that I wasn’t hovered over or pressured into buying something I didn’t want or need. The salesperson was extremely friendly, took her time, and explained everything clearly without rushing. Delivery was just as exceptional. The delivery team was respectful, courteous, and professional. I’m very happy with my experience at Gardner White overall. A definite 5-star experience!

Wow, bought a couch and a bed frame during their later hours (thank goodness they are open late) and let me tell you, talk about a quick and efficient experience!! Not only are these guys nice, knowledgeable, and easy to work with, but the whole process of financing some furniture was very quick! We were in and out and still had time to grab some dinner, the wife and I are very pleased with the professionalism and efficiency of Gardner White!!

I recently purchased a dinning room set for a friend of mine that lives in Livonia. Kristin and Jeff were very helpful and I was able to purchase it in Howell and have it delivered to her in Livonia. I had worked with Jeff before about a year and a half ago when I sold my home in Westland and moved to a condo in Howell. Jeff worked with my daughter in law, who I put in charge of decorating for me, and together they did a great job to provide me with my living room and dinning room needs and Jeff did his best to get me the best prices possible. I have been very pleased with all of my furniture and have had many compliments on it. I especially liked not being attacked at the door by salespeople and pressured. Thanks you made it all a fun and relaxed experience.
