I called Garners with no heat and panicked bc it was March and cold. They came same day, diagnosed the issue- cracked heat exchanger and leaking carbon monoxide. They were professional, quick, and knowledgeable. They helped me find the very best affordable option and had a new furnace installed within days. They even let me borrow space heaters in the mean time as I waited for parts to come in. They truly went above and beyond. They were amazing to work with and I will definitely recommend them to others! Brandon did a fantastic job on the instal and Nicole was a blessing to work with in the office. Thanks! 😊

My family's furnace was having issues so we called garner heating and cooling and they sent someone out to look at it. Turns out we needed a new furnace and so they gave us a quote. A few days later we called them back and decided to have them install a new furnace for us. I'm glad we did because the furnace is awesome, and not going to lie, the security of knowing we won't have to replace our furnace anytime soon is very reassuring. They got the new one installed and the setup is very neat and compact. The time frame was a few hours for them to complete which I thought was quick. Very impressed overall. Garner has taken care of our HVAC needs at all three of the homes we have lived in. Always great service and excellent response times. When our heat went out they had someone there within hours.
