Anton and Emily are absolutely wonderful! They are super knowledgeable, thorough, and will walk you through the entire home inspection while answering your questions. We have had them do 3 home inspections now and they have saved us a ton of money because of what they have found and educated us on during the process. JPI will forever be who I recommend and will be the only inspection company I will hire in the future. I truly only have good things to say!

I wish I could give six stars. Anton and Emily are both fantastic to work with; extremely knowledgeable and unbelievably thorough. I ask a lot of questions - many of them dumb - and they answered every single one thoughtfully and with a ton of detail. These guys are pros and I will recommend them to everyone I can.

JPI did a great job! They were very knowledgeable, fast, and great communicators. We got the sewer scope, radon test, water test, mold test, and drone inspection (roof top). Great price and worth every penny.
