Lucas Home Inspections did an awesome job with the home inspection of the condo. He was very helpful and answered many questions I had about how to make repairs. He gave me referrals for companies to make the repairs. He was very thorough. Mr. Lucas went over and above when the next door condo had a pipe leak that ran into our condo. He helped us find the leak and helped the next door neighbor get the water turned off. Mr. Lucas' feet and pants were soaking wet in our freezing January temperatures. He continued to complete the outside inspection. Mr. Lucas never charged anything extra for all this extra work and time.
