Despite my hopes, Gardner Plumbing—contracted via my home warranty—undervalued my high-end faucet to inflate their fees. The cash-in-lieu was far below its true value. On top of that, each time I share this honest experience in a Google review, it mysteriously disappears. I’ll continue sharing my story until accountability wins out. Customers deserve transparency and respect.

I am a little embarrassed to say that this review is 6 months late - but better late than never! In December of 2024 we had sold our house. With last minute cleaning of the kitchen on closing day, we discovered we had a plumbing backup! The new owners were on the way! We had used Garner Plumbing several times in the past. Garner came out immediately and made short order of our problem, and as always, they were very fast, courteous and presented us with a very reasonable bill. We will be moving into our new home soon and even though I am not wishing for plumbing issues, if we do have issues, we will for sure call Garner!

We had a water leak from our master bathroom onto our living room ceiling. I noticed the discoloration on the living room ceiling. I called Garner and they sent Luke to evaluate what needed to be done. Luke is a very charming and respectful young man who quickly explained what needed to be done. We asked him to fix the problem and he got right on it. He made sure that everything was covered with drop clothes, cleaned up after he finished work. We are very satisfied with the price and the work and would highly recommend Garner and Luke to anyone needing plumbing service.

We’ve always had excellent service from Garner plumbing. My technician, Pedro, is extremely knowledgeable and so friendly. He has done a great job for us when we needed it. There has been a time or two when he’s had someone else out with him and they’ve done a great job as well. We always call on Garner when we need plumbing work and will continue to do so in the future. I just had them out to snake our showers and reseal a leaking commode. Fair price and quick response time.

Brand new build nothing but leak after leak wouldn’t use this company hire if you want to pay for dry wall repair and leaks every where
