Gateway Center Garage

The pricing is a bit confusing. It is not a max price per 24 hours but per day…we parked at 4:00pm and left at noon the following day. Sign said that max price was $26, but we were charged $36. Still cheaper than the valet at our hotel, but still. Was also annoying that when we went to leave the entrance we walked to was blocked off and we had to walk around with our luggage. A sign leading up to it would have been nice, not sure why it was closed.

if I could write zero starts I would. ordered a parking pass before a concert and politely asked a gentleman working for help as it wasn’t letting us out,he said we needed to “ call him sir” and “check our attitude” with how we spoke to him. absolutely absurd,treated my whole group in the vehicle absolutely horrible,that older man should NEVER work in San establishment like that.treated us horrible.

This was THE PERFECT garage to park in for our hotel stay. It cost $20 for us to park overnight!!! We only saw a few people while we were there, and there were several other cars parked, but tons of open parking spaces. The garage was clean and felt safe.

Totally disorganized, filling unsafely beyond capacity. Here for a large event. Garage was OVER packed. We literally circled 20 minutes through the garage to find a spot, people were just making their own spots at this point so we just made a spot. It was totally full, and they were still letting people in when we were finally walking out! Two clueless teenagers were literally running the front of the garage. I asked if they were keeping track of how many people they were letting in and they said no. Horrible management, whoever runs this garage should be held accountable.

If you want the worse service possible come to this place, none of the machines take cash and the card reader wouldn’t work , the tall skinny African American women was the rudest women I have ever met. I would never let her work for me unless I wanted my business to fail. She was no help , kept yelling at me for her machines not working , wouldn’t get out of her chair to help anyone .
