Gateway Parking Ramp, Minneapolis | Secure Parking USA

This is the preferred parking ramp for my office downtown. I park here several times a month and have maybe gotten out of the parking ramp 2-3 times without having to call the attendant. Last week the arm didn’t lift when I paid, so I called the attendant and they had me pay again (the $25 rate opposed to the $10 rate I was originally charged). Both transactions went through and customer service has been entirely unhelpful with getting me reimbursed. So I was charged nearly $40 to get stuck in a parking ramp ☹️

Generally have few issues here but when we do it is extremely inconvenient. If you have a monthly pass, they do not do reserved parking for pass holders during high volume events so if youre a resident who parks here because you live here you may be forced to pay for street parking. Today when coming home from work I found both entrances blocked off. For $130 a month per car I would at least expect the ability to park here at all times since, again, I am a resident who LIVES in the area.

Horrible parking experience. It has been about 50 minutes of waiting to exit after the 4th of July fireworks. There are no real people directing traffic and no one answers the phone. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!

Good prices on monthly contract parking. And the technology always works (so far) which is WAY more than I can say for most ramps downtown.

Ok parking. They should upgrade the payment stations and/or probably just have you pay on the way in. The readers always fail to read the card so you have to swipe again. Haaf has upgraded to a better system. The spots are also pretty tight and not all uniform (some lines are a little screwy).
