Brad Gatz built our pool starting in December 2023 and he was able to quickly complete the construction of our pool by February 2024, that’s including experiencing a few weather delays. He was professional and dependable throughout the entire process. He is very knowledgeable, honest and straightforward. All in all the entire experience with him was stress free. We are very happy with the end product and we would recommend, to anyone that asks, to use Gatz Custom Pools over using any other big name Pool company. With Brad you will get hands on customer service from the man himself.

I can not say enough good things about Brad Gatz and Gatz Custom pools. From beginning to end Brad did an amazing job designing and over seeing our new pool build. Here are some things we were looking for as we decided on the right pool builder. First, we wanted someone that was hands on with the pool building process. About 10 years ago, we had a pool built in Florida from a big brand name company... The salesman was great. He painted a pretty picture and gave us pictures of our dream backyard. After we signed the agreement and gave the first down payment, we never saw him again. Anytime we had questions, we had to call the main office and dealt with a different person every time. So as we are building our second pool, having someone who was hands on through the entire pool building process was a top priority for us. Brad Gatz, the owner, was great to work with. He was very responsive and flexible throughout the entire process. He was very involved with all the subcontractors throughout the build process and was present on the jobsite almost daily. Brad went out of his way to make sure our yard remained neat and clean and that progress continued timely even with the COVID-19 pandemic. We are so pleased with the final product and would recommend Gatz Custom Pools to anyone in the pool market. If we ever find ourselves building a second pool we will certainly use Gatz again.
