Called and made a confirmed appointment. No call no show for the appointment and ghosted us after when we tried to figure out what happened. Went with a better company.

Vinny and Greg have been servicing my homes for many years. First in Millbury, where they replaced a leaky expansion tank, replaced 2 toilets, hooked up the new refrigerator to the water line, replaced a leaky kitchen sink over those 12 years. Now in Douglas, they replaced my hot water boiler and added an indirect hot water heater. This house had the original boiler from 21 years ago and was not keeping up with our hot water and heating demands. V&G plumbing installed a new Buderus boiler and an indirect hot water heater. They both work great and look good. I wholeheartedly recommend them for your plumbing needs in Central Mass and Worcester. Thanks V&G Plumbing. I am writing to issue a consumer alert regarding a recent experience with a furnace installation company. I strongly advise against using this company due to dishonest practices, poor customer service, and inadequate communication. We contracted with this company to install a specific furnace model in our new home. However, without our consent or notification, they installed a completely different and lower-priced system. In addition to this deceptive practice, the installation was performed incorrectly. Despite clear instructions to the company's employees that the furnace should be placed with the other utilities at one end of the house, they installed it at the opposite end. My daughter and I met with superb Gauthier technicians, Norman and Mark, in April. They might as well have been wearing superhero capes as they solved a serious problem regarding a leaking radiator in a recently purchased home built in 1941. We were fortunate that Gauthier had serviced this home with a previous owner and they were familiar with the system. What impressed us (in addition to expert experience and problem solving) was that we were educated how to adjust the radiators to assure that they work appropriately in the future and avoid additional problems.
