Park ANYWHERE ELSE! I attempted parking here on a Tuesday morning. The street sign said there was space available. After navigating a labyrinth of tight aisles I gave up trying to find said 'availability', ready to find the exit. Only I couldn't GET TO THE EXIT! The layout of this garage is so horrible that my small Camry couldn't fit between the pillar and two other small sedans. (The pillar was wrapped in foam on all corners EXCEPT the one that would protect cars when making this turn.) Like many others have mentioned, there are NO signs warning divers about tight corners. Even worse, there are NO signs limiting vehicle sizes for certain spaces. When I was finally able to squeeze past and get to the exit, I got sass from the assistant for being 3mins over their 'grace period'.
Honestly dont know why its got so many bad reviews, we booked online in advance for 3 days 2 nights was 70$ and you have In/out privileges and the QR code comes right to your email, so no loosing the ticket. Only draw back is at night you have to walk through the car entrance and press the assistance button to get in as the doors to get in go through the gaviidae center and those get locked when that closes. It was easy to navigate and there was lots of parking and there ARE signs if you know how to read 😆
Tight parking garage spaces and you do need to remember to bring your parking ticket as it was the only way to return to the garage via the elevator. You have to scan it by the elevator door to get it to open. At least, that was my experience. You pay as you exit the garage in your car by swiping a credit card.
Yup, do not park here. Chose it as they advertised an event rate of $15...however, now I know why they were offering the cheapest parking near the Target Center. I followed all directions for payment to a t, only to be charged $36.00 for the 6 hours we parked. No response on the "call" button at 9:30 pm leaving the event to inquire about the bait-and-switch rate. Contacted them on their website and highly doubt I'll even get a response or corrected charge. It also just has one of the most awful vibes I've ever experienced - all the reviews are true. We were never able to find the stairs, which we wanted to take to avoid the sketchy elevator. Thank goodness the elevator actually worked for us.
DO NOT PARK HERE. We could not get back in to get our car. We parked on a Saturday around 4:30 pm, we couldn’t figure out how to leave the garage after parking. We ended up running all around finding stairs and a bunch of sketchy, unclear doorways and finally getting out onto the street. The next day when we went to get the car, a Sunday around 10:00, there was NO way to gain entry to the garage. We went to the car entrance, clicked the call buttons, no answer. Call the garages phone number, no answer. Walked around the block and tried EVERY door to gain access to a building, they were all locked. Finally, had a family member drive 20 minutes to meet us there and drive up to the entrance to get the door to open. That was the only way to gain access. This was absolutely insane and took us a
