Gaviidae Parking

Please fix and fill the huge hole as seen pictured ASAP this is hazardous and unsafe!! I fell and nearly broke my ankle this morning because of this. Poor management that this has been neglected for who knows how long.

Do not park here! We were parked for 3.5 hours and paid $37. Complete price gouge. It is hard to move around - if we had had our truck we would’ve had to back out the entrance. I wondered why it was empty. Now I know. Never again.

Awful design and layout. It's very difficult and time consuming to navigate around the tight corners. I wouldn't recommend this garage to anyone except maybe those with compact cars.

Hidden unique and immersive gem in the heart of Minneapolis! Upon entering the escape room you instantly know this is the real deal. The labyrinthine layout that defies logic, haphazardly marked parking 'stalls' and immense concrete pillars challenge drivers to a difficult search for an open spot that can fit any vehicle larger than a motorcycle. After you reach your first true obstacle (won't be long), the call help button provides zero hints, because that would be too easy! The elevators, parking gates, and ticket machines do not work as intended, so you have to navigate around the winding passageways to find the one possible route to safety which changes regularly. The MOST confusing parking garage layout I have EVER experienced! No signs whatsoever. Anything you would expect them to do intuitively, they did the opposite. It took my partner and I fifteen minutes to figure out how to get out of here while SOBER. Elevator levels were not labeled. No labeled stairs anywhere except potential ones with doors that said Emergency Exit Only. Good luck to you if you plan to be drinking. When we tell tried to re-enter, the doors we used initially e locked and there were no signs as to where to go so we had to enter by the vehicle ramp. So dangerous! Go anywhere but here!!
