Originally scheduled a two hour window for a service. We waited till 10 minutes to last hour they were scheduled to show. When we called them, the rep said they'll check with the technician and call us back. A half hour later, no call back. We called again. The rep said "Something came up and we had to reschedule." This could have been communicated prior to the "Something came up" incident. Also was promised an email that never came prior to service. What a waste of time..

I scheduled two separate appointments for a quote each appointment required a two hour window. They didn't show up for either one, never called me before, during or after the scheduled appointments. I even called 1.5 hours before the 2nd appointment to confirm. They have a 3rd party answering service they use to schedule polite but not local and they have limited information.

Gardner Builders were WONDERFUL! Rod was extremely attentive and went above and beyond many times! He and all the crew were friendly, helpful, and fun to have around. Curtis did a great job as well. The project turned out beautiful and we could not be more pleased. Thank you! I highly recommend Gardner Builders if you are looking for "hand holding" and all the extras!

This place sucked.They canceled out on me 3 times never called to tell me when I tried to call them 3 times their phone hung up on me.I'm done with them.I don't know how they get any stars.
