We were very pleased with Brad at GBT. Unlike the first GBT repair visit, he acknowledged that the behavior we were observing/hearing was not normal and was determined to figure out the cause. He tried several remedies before he was able to identify the cause and fix the problem. Kudos to Brad!!

What an amazing group! From the first call to installation they were professional, on-time, and QUICK. I called on a Wednesday morning and had the unit installed by noon on Friday. They installed a top of the line brand for much much less than their competition (not to mention a better warranty too). If you need an ac unit replaced don't look anywhere else!
