Workers were good but they quit showing up and the end once I paid final invoice. Don't pay them until them complete work. Very sketchy!

I had a great experience with Gehring and Burtchin Contracting! They completed a number of smaller projects for me (replacing a window, replacing a door and re-doing a ceiling). From the very beginning, the whole team was punctual, communication was excellent and the work was outstanding. I would definitely hire them again for any future projects I have.

I have been involved to Lima area since 1990 in supply and now working in construction of upscale homes. Gehring & Burtchin have been high quality, value added, reliable, go too contractors as long as i have been in the industry. Give them a call. I know from serving on the Port Authority, bringing new jobs to our region, that we need hundreds of new housing units around and IN Lima. Its about quality, so lets build for the present, and build for the future too.

We've tried to contact them after they looked at our house twice. We've tried to call, text, and email without anything in return. The secretary took our information like they were going to get back with us! if you dont want to do a job tell your customers... don't ghost them.

I needed repairs to my roof, soffit, and fascia after a wind storm. Jeremy took care of it immediately!
