I can't say enough about the great work ethics, attention to detail, and the way Nicole tried to work with my crazy OLD house. When she had a plan in place, my home said aha, no you won't! She had to find another way to fix my pipes. She spent over 6 hours making sure we had our water and heat back on. Of course it was a 10° kinda day. You have any plumbing problem, don't hesitate to call GEM, they have that name for a reason 😉

Had a baseboard heating pipe burst due to cold drafty air. They came out quickly and fixed it for a reasonable cost. They were helpful, explained things well, and made sure I was satisfied before leaving. Very polite.

I called Gem with a toilet repair issue. I was able to get a same-day appointment, and technicians Nicole and Danny were great - personable, knowledgeable, and I had every confidence in them. Nicole even cleaned out our sink drains at no charge since I had mentioned they were slow to drain, and she explained how to clean them out in the future.
