worst customer service. They sell only to contractor. Guy was happy and moking after knowing Contractor wants to charge me $650 for the part that cost $50. His answer was " that is how they make money, if you dont want to pay open your own busienss" so looks like he was more intrested in Contractors making mone rather than his company. I understand if company have policy to create one sided market by only selling it to certain group, but this is not how you treat/ talk to customers calling in looking to give you business, Worst customer service.

Great Service Gemaire Clearwater - We do allot of work in St. Pete. Today we needed a Nordyne Condenser Blade and the counter rep placed a willcall for us from the St. Pete branch so I wouldn't have to make another call. Keep up the good work!!!
