I am extremely pleased with my recent experience with Genco Flooring! I stopped in looking for luxury vinyl plank (LVP) options for our bedroom and spent some time with Ian. He took the time to show me the different types available, explained the pros and cons clearly, and sent me home with several samples to compare—no pressure at all. At the time of that visit, I was able to set up an appointment to have measurements taken. Scott came out just 2 days later, took the measurements and had an estimate presented to me within 24 hrs. Their communication throughout was excellent: quick responses to my messages and clear answers to my questions. Being pleased with that estimate, two days later I stopped back in to see Scott, so we could finalize everything and move forward with this project. T

Working with Genco Flooring was a wonderful experience. Jason, Alex, and Chuck were professional and meticulous. I ended having to get extra plywood to level my floors for a flush transition. Jason immediately hopped in his van and went back to their shop and got what was needed. They moved my furniture and were careful with all my belongings. I can’t say enough about how extraordinary the whole experience was. Thanks Scott and the whole crew!

We had used Genco many years ago for our entranceway and they suggested and installed flooring in this high traffic area that was perfect. No problems. Recently we noticed that the tiles in our kitchen were worn and gouged. Scott came to the house, took careful measurements and suggested a laminate. I was skeptical but he assured us that this would be great for the kitchen. He was correct. The price was very reasonable and included all materials, professional installation and removal of the old flooring and all debris. Things the big box stores charge extra for. The flooring was ordered and installed within a week. We are very happy with the new kitchen floor and very highly recommend Scott and his team!!

I could not be happier with the work that Genco did. The project I needed a lot of coordination and Genco made it feel seamless. Scott went above and beyond to make sure I got the best service possible. I have another section of my house I plan to have the floors redone in and I wouldn't think about choosing anyone else but Genco. Top notch work, real professionalism, and wonderful people.

Ian was on time I was actually a few minutes late. Ian was polite, professional, knowledgeable and helpful and gave good advice on the selection of flooring available. On another note I had called several reputable contractors to inquire about flooring, of which 2 never returned the call, and one returned the call exchanged a few texts, said they would call in an hour and dropped off the map. Customer service these days has taken a huge hit it was refreshing to have this company communicate professionally, timely and fit an appointment in for me the next day. I look forward to hearing from them on the installation of the flooring. 5 stars ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️⭐️⭐️ so far for Genco Flooring and hats off to Ian.
