Ryan Davis Contracting

Ryan completed a first floor renovation of our raised ranch home built in the ‘60’s with a large porch. Lots of construction to include removing a load bearing wall, two bathrooms, a whole new kitchen, new roof, siding/trim and turning a sad porch into a Great Room. Ryan did an amazing job, was accommodating to our ideas and honest (a virtue that cannot be ignored). Will call him again on the next phase of the house. Just a quick shoutout to Nick at Ace Cabinets and the guys at Heat Survival for all their efforts as well.

Ryan has done a great job remodeling our kitchen. He may not work 8 hrs a day, but he works hard while he's on site. He's even been willing to add things to the scope of his work without renegotiating the contract. The picture doesn't show the completed kitchen because the countertop is being done by another company.

We used Ryan Davis to completely re-do the kitchen in our 200 year old home. The project entailed gutting the existing 1990’s style (cheaply done) kitchen and tile flooring, adding a window, moving the location of the dishwasher and sink, moving a doorway, opening a wall for open concept, installing a new exterior door, all new plumbing and new electrical fixtures, and lighting (including under cabinet lights, recessed lights and accent lighting). Most importantly, and a testament to Ryan’s craftsmanship, it included installing 200 year old tongue and groove reclaimed barn wood as flooring and custom shelving, as well as installing custom framing and trim that is true to the time period of our house. We just finished our 3rd project with Ryan Davis Contracting, he never fails to do an excellent job. His professionalism, attention to detail, and craftsmanship are a rarity. Our kitchen renovation, our largest project yet, is nearly complete! (We are just waiting on some backsplash tile that we were slow to order). Ryan and his teammate Dan are respectful, on time, and tidy workers. They treated our home as if it was their own, and that's really all you can ask for as a homeowner. While we ran into some hiccups throughout the duration of the project, Ryan was a great sounding board for us, guiding us when needed and helping us to make tough decisions. We are looking forward to working with him and his team again.

I recently hired Ryan David Contracting to remodel one of my bathrooms to be ADA compliant and a ramp to my fron door.Ryan and his coworker Dan are really nice, very knowledgeable and good workers. I am very happy with the work they did for me and won't hesitate to call them in the future to tackle other projects at my house Also I found his prices very reasonable.
