Louis did our most recent home inspection and he was incredibly helpful and thorough. Louis took the time to comb through the house and explain everything he saw to my husband and I in detail. This is incredibly helpful to those buying a home as so much can go unnoticed. Louis was a pleasure to work with and we highly recommend!

Louis is very easy to deal with. We are buying a house from out of state and couldn’t be there for the inspection. Louis was perfectly fine working with the realtor and the seller to figure out times, etc. Louis also completed the report very quickly and thoroughly. He even called me immediately after the inspection to tell me what he found before he sent the written report the next day.

Louis saved me from a potential financial and health disaster. During the inspection, he found what was possibly asbestos wrapped around the attic chimney. After much consideration, I decided to walk away from the deal for fear of my family being exposed. I have three children and it could have been a huge problem. I am so grateful for his keen eye and the thorough job that Louis did. I would recommend his company to anyone in the market to buy a new home.

Right from the get-go, Louis was responsive, able to conduct the inspection within a couple of days of first contact, and he turned the report around in a very short amount of time! During the inspection he was professional, friendly, very thorough, able to answer all of my questions, and you can tell he really cares about doing the job right, given your important purchase. Even after the inspection he's been able to answer all of my follow-up questions. His rates are very fair and I feel super confident in what I know about the house now thanks to Louis' work.
