These guys did a BEAUTIFUL job on our railings. We are sticklers for quality and finishing details and we couldn't be happier with the fabrication and installation. The joints are carefully welded -no sloppy seams, and the coating as smooth as silk. Recognizing the minimalist aesthetic we were going for, Glenn even made custom plate covers for us. Gene Coyle is by far the best company I have ever worked with. They value their customers and provide extraordinary work. I have never met someone that would go above and beyond like they do and it really goes a long way. We discussed a timeframe of when the work needed to be completed by and they finished early and communicated very well throughout the whole process. I love to ask questions and they took the time to answer all of them for me. Their hard work, talent, attention to detail and customer service is beyond a 5 star rating and I highly recommend them to everyone! I had railing done a few years back. The railings have never been finished. The self closing hinges were never installed. No one answers the phone or calls back. I have drill holes were they removed the self closing hinges and never returned. They were paid in full. Don’t deal with them

I cannot believe I was robbed of $800 for a railing. I met with Glenn Bischof in April. I have emailed & emailed & called & called & they have cashed my check immediately but nothing no response. They gave me a 2-3 weeks its has now been 4 months. Their number now is not in service. I was robbed. Stay away from these guys. 👎
