Gene is a very nice and friendly person but he really let us down with the landscape and I would never use him again. He failed to include my comments on the plan that was submitted to the association causing unnecessary delays and rework of rock walls. The rock walls were not in his scope but were on the plan. We rarely knew when he would show up. He had his own agenda and schedule. Some work was done out of sequence causing delays and frustration. He seeded the lawn before all the plants and lava rock were in place. In the end it didn't matter as the seed didn't sprout. We paid extra for the material to sod a portion of the lawn. The rest of the lawn was reseeded and that didn't sprout so he brought in lawn clippings to fill in the bare spots. That helped some of the bare lawn
