General Floor - Kenilworth

This was my first time as a customer, and the experience was very disappointing. The service was poor, with no willingness to help from the staff member in charge. They never even stood up from their seat and, without listening to my request, simply said they couldn’t do anything and didn’t have what I needed. I expected a much more professional and helpful attitude.

I don't like the idea that they don't take back material without a restocking charge. I think a 25% stock in charge on the material is absurd. I'm going to tell you an instant I went on a job in a contractor canceled rooms on me and I was stuck with the material because I'm not paying a 25% stock in charge and lose a quarter of my profit not only that the contractor made me take it off my bill so I lost on both ends

The staff is very nice and there are many samples to choose from and take home. Only down side, I requested two samples of tiles and was assured I'd get them within a week, but I waited three 3 weeks with many phone calls in between and what I finally received was the wrong samples which caused a delay in my order. We did end up selectig a floor and back splash tile from here.

Not my regular branch stopped in when we needed supplies for a job in the area Staff was nice and helpfull
