Receive initial visit, but no follow up after that. Response to owner. I was told by tech that owner was going to check for spare parts and get back to me if one was available. I texted several times with no response. However the Google review was quickly responded. I appreciate the free visit and apologize if the drive was long, but that was exactly as offered, not a favor.

Knew the answer to every possible question about backup power. We spent more than we originally planned, but got a lifetime solution...other bids came in under, but they wete all about the "killowatts" not what's pushing/making the killowatts..., which is extremely important considering longevity, fuel consumption, and reliability. It's a long term solution, pay a little more and you can trust it will be there when you need it. Basically look up the difference in 1800 vs 3600 rpm units...1800 is the only way to go. Really glad we used this company
