He promptly diagnosed the cause of water leakage occurring within my walls and ceiling and was able to repair a damaged furnace pipe that same day. Subsequently, he returned to complete the job by installing new sheet rock and painting the stained ceiling and walls. He conducted the work neatly and efficiently with excellent results. The Technician Gene, was on time, he went right to work, and he knew what he was doing. He explained to me in detail about what the problem was, and recommend the best solution for it. I found Gene through his home mailing advertisement. I took a chance since he was available where others were not, and I was not disappointed. Gene was on time and was an educator on why I should replace a part and then showed me the damage in the part. Gene not only cleaned my oil boiler, but he made sure all the radiators were giving off adequate heat for each room by bleeding them. Gene also checked that multiple gas and hot water heaters were working properly and safe to the requirements of Central Hudson and the state. Do not hesitate to call. Trust worthy and knowledgeable . Wow. My wife and I cannot express the level of service and professionalism we experienced . We purchased a house in October of last year and I knew in my head that at some point come spring summer we were going to need to call an hvac company to service our unit. With the weather warming up against my better judgement I allowed my family to talk me into turning the unit on prior to being serviced .
