What an absolute find! We ran out of oil the day before an extreme snow storm in frigid weather . The temperature was -8 windchill. Not only did they deliver oil to our home but they also made sure our boiler was up and running. I can’t begin to express our heartfelt gratitude to Morgan who responded to my call before the company was open and she made sure that we were good. As a senior and my husband who is a disabled veteran we will never forget your professionalism and kindness during this time. Forever customers!

I've been an oil customer with Intercounty for over a year and it's been the best experience I've ever had! The lady in the oil department has been the most helpful and very diligent on making deliveries when she calculates I'll be ready. She goes out of her way to let me know when they are in my area. I highly recommend them for an oil company and I hear they are great for service too!

My best experience is being a happy customer of a reputable and family run company. Have been a happy customer of their other company Tri County Plumbing and Heating for many many years. Excellent customer service and highly recommend. Company has 24 hour service for emergencies. Very accommodating and respectful of property. Company goes above and beyond to help their customers and they don’t try to sell you things that you don’t need.

We ran out of oil two weekends ago and our original company doesn’t do emergency delivery. We found Intercounty and spoke with Vina who was extremely kind and helpful. She spoke with their driver that was already on the way to Poughkeepsie but turned back to fill our tank with what he had to spare and helped bleed the line also. Vina even called back to follow up with us for the remainder oil delivery the next day. Excellent customer service and highly recommended!!
