Jony and his crew go above and beyond to make sure the customer is delighted. We expected the job to take 1-1.5 days, it took 2.5 days and there was no extra charge. The job was scheduled around our calendar which was dependent on a sliding window for solar installation. We weren’t easy to schedule but the timing was perfect anyway. The crew was here on time every day. They were pleasant, worked really well together and paid attention to safety for themselves, our home, and our property. With all the heavy work they did dropping limbs, leads, and massive trunk pieces, there was no damage to our yard. The felling and removal of an aging tree that also bordered on my neighbor’s property was done carefully and expertly. The nearly 80 foot tall tree was cut into manageable lengths, each piece then carefully hoisted down to prevent any damage to the immediately surrounding storage barn and covered outdoor recreation building. Following cutting and removal of the tree, the crew was meticulous in cleaning the entire area. First class professionals!
