Genesis Fuel Oil

I have been using Genesis for over 20 years (at minimum) and had an unfortunate incident recently at my home. A driver was nervous about the street I am on and decided to part partially on the sidewalk for safety. Unfortunately the weight of the truck damaged my sidewalk. The owner called me immediately and was courtesy professional and not in the least defensive regarding the incident and all of this was prior to him reviewing the photos I took. He understood my concern and rectified the matter within 48 hours by sending experts to fix the issue. It is refreshing to deal with a business that stands behind their name and appreciates their customers. Thank you guys very much.

I had an urgent need for oil today and reached out to Genesis Fuel Oil. Their team was incredibly understanding and reassured me that the delivery would arrive first thing tomorrow morning. We ran out of oil. I called 5 companies. 3 companies stated we can’t do same day. 1 company stated we can do same day for an additional $125.00. This company Genesis came through for us. It was unbelievable how courteous, and dependable this company is. If I could give more than 5 stars I would give 10. Thank you for standing out!!!!

This morning at 8:25 am I called for on demand oil delivery. I’ve never used this company before. I asked for 157 gallons and was met with the response “Why an odd number?” I had no response and just let the conversation continue as I did not have an answer for that kind of question when every time we’ve filled up with other companies it has been 157 gallons on our receipt and when ordering oil I’ve never been asked this question. I sensed the attitude from this woman but let it go. She said it’s usually even numbers. I was told to hold by this same woman that was assisting me but my husband who overheard our conversation also did not appreciate how she spoke to me. When my husband asked her the relevance of this question she said gallons are usually in even numbers. … ok then. My husband

I love Genesis! They have been my go to since 2020. I bought my house right before the big C and had no idea about oil. My oil ran out and the owner of Genesis walked me through how to get my heat up and running again since they were not allowed to go into homes at that time. I was and will forever be grateful.
