I purchased and paid for materials. i told them i would be in the next day to pick them up. the next day i came in and they had sold my paid for product. after 6 weeks i have not received a refund. poor implementation of policies. paperwork before people. The front desk help was incredible!! ; she expressed fear because now she was in trouble.
I have worked with Sam, Seth and Paul at the Geneva Pipe Location in Orem Utah for a few years, and they provide Exceptional customer service! They are always very helpful with shipment details, quick responses, and customer feedback. Any time I have had an issue they are quick to resolve and I'm looking forward to many more years of working with this group!
